*Note, I was so excited to get this episode published, I forgot to add the intro! Ah well, not going to overreact, and deiced to let it be what it is.

In this episode I talk about emotional empowerment, and possible reasons why we might be emotionally reactive.

Learn how acting out unresolved emotions can affect all areas of our lives, relationships, as well as contribute to stress related illness such as adrenal burnout, and hormone imbalance.

I touch on how to dissolve emotional triggers so we can learn to respond, rather than react to the situations in our lives.

In this episode, Nathalie Botros, ex-serial dieter, past psychotherapist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and author of "If You are What You Eat, Should I eat a Skinny Girl"? shares her story of chronic dieting, and the darkness that this created in her life.

She discusses how she started dieting, not to lose weight, but because it seemed like it was the in-style thing to do, and that everyone else was doing.

We talk about how to eat with more freedom, how to include all foods in your diet, snacking and having treats with mindfulness, self love, and how to stop the never ending seeking for the next fad diet to lose weight.

You can find more information about her at her website.  And find her book on Amazon.com

Burnout is the first passage into the most common stress related syndrome out there today. Adrenal Fatigue happens in the later stages of burnout, if action is not taken to treat the underlying causes for reaching a state of total mind, body, and emotional depletion.

In this episode I talk about my take on "diets", and when you might need to look deeper than your fork for solutions to your health and weight loss struggles. I also cover when a diet may be a necessary part of a healing plan, and when it can turn unhealthy and create weight loss resistance, rather than flow with your mind, body and spirit and intuitive body wisdom.
